Refund policy

You may ask for a refund of your purchase within 30 days from the purchase date. Please note that refunds will only be permitted if the services you purchased have not been used, and notice of cancelation was given 24hrs before the date of service.

No Waiver / Severability

No action of Bellshan Homecare LLC other than an express written Waiver or Amendment, may be construed as a waiver or amendment of this Site Usage Agreement. Should any clause of this Agreement be found unenforceable, wherever possible this will not affect any other clause and each will remain in full force and effect.
